Moving Labor Service Fees:

Our Moving labor fees are meant to be simple and direct with absolutely no hidden fees. We bill our services by the hour. The first two hours are a minimum time to cover travel, office overhead, and material. Our prices are better than most Spokane labor moving costs.

The first two hours for ( Two Men) are $80.00 per hour in Spokane, 85.00 in CDL, 90.00 N of CDL to Rathdrum Id, and 120.00 an hour from Rathdrum to Sandpoint Id (with a two-hour minimum) Each hour after the two-hour minimum is billed at……………….$80.00 per hour Spokane 85.00 an hour CDL 90.00 North of CDL to Rathdrum and 120.00 North of Rathdrum to Sandpoint ID

 When you pick up your U-Haul or Penske  truck it usually adds $89.00 to $117.00 to your overall cost depending on truck size, Penske is 100.00 a day with no mileage . You will also need to consider the gas for the day which runs around $25.00 to $30.00  if you stay within 40 miles as U-Haul charges .79 to .99 cents a mile but 40 miles is estimated in the $117.00 dollars 

For example, 

A one bedroom home takes us anywhere from 2-3 hours to load follow and unload. Your U-Haul truck of 89.00 plus 30 gas and our labor at 80 an hour would be a total average cost of 279.00 to 359.00

A two bedroom home takes us anywhere from 3-4 hours to load follow and unload. Your U-Haul truck of 117.00 plus 30 gas and our labor at 80 an hour would be a total average cost of 387.00 to 467.00

Our total prices should be about 50%-%70 cheaper than s full service moving company.

There is a $10.00 gas trip fee to cover the mover’s travel time. (this fee is waived if the move is from and to anywhere in the greater Spokane area.

There is no cost for a Dollie, straps, or any needed tools for assembly. You do not need to request such tools as they come free with every job. If you need ratchet straps there is no charge for local load unload but out-of-town moves will require a $6.00 strap fee per strap. This is because we can’t get the straps back from the customer. 

Our contractors carry L&I and their own liability insurance
