Swiftee Movers was founded in 2016 by Jeanie Tate, who moved to Spokane in 2011 after growing up in Cabool, Missouri. After building a career in the medical field and raising a family, Jeanie noticed a consistent need in the community—especially among long-time residents and seniors on fixed incomes. Many people needed reliable help, but the high cost and extra fees of full-service movers made moving feel out of reach.

That’s where Swiftee Movers comes in. Jeanie started Swiftee Movers as a labor-only moving company focused on honest pricing, careful handling, and efficient service. Our approach is simple: you rent and drive the truck, and our team provides professional Loading Services and Unloading Services to take the heavy lifting off your plate.

Over time, we also added furniture assembly and disassembly because it’s one of the most common needs during a move—beds, frames, tables, desks, and other items that need to come apart and go back together safely.

Jeanie continues to run Swiftee Movers while working two jobs, and that work ethic shows in how we treat customers: show up on time, protect your belongings, and get the job done the right way.
